The Guideline of Full Paper

Papers should be in English or Chinese with an abstract, and the presenter must be fluent in English or Chinese.

English papers should not be longer than 15 pages (including everything):

• Letter-size paper (8.5 inches x 11.5 inches). Margin: Top and Bottom 1.8cm, Left and Right 2.4cm
• Single column
• Double spaced
• Use 10-point Calibri or Times New Roman as font.
• Multiple (1.3) lines spaced

The first page of the paper needs to list the title, authors, abstract, and contact information. In case of multiple authors, one of them shall be designated as the contact person.

Acceptable file formats include Word, WordPerfect, PDF, and RTF. A full paper should be submitted as an e-mail attachment.

Each conference room is equipped with a projector and a screen.
