Though the Collaboration Projects are our main vehicle of capacity building in terms of praxis, we know the significance of theory and methodology inputs, and reflection and exchange as important ways of peer learning. Each year we organize an international conference or a workshop for rural educators and librarians, world-wide educators, library professionals, and ICT experts to meet and exchange ideas. To support teachers and librarians across dispersed rural regions, we view e-learning as a must and will continuously explore online courses and materials to help systematic training.
